WTe2 is a type-II Weyl semimetal with carrier density as low as 1E10 cm-2 range which is considered golden standard in the materials field. WTe2 crystals are grown at record low defect densities (~1E10 cm-2) using sophisticated flux (self transport) or conventional CVT technique (lower quality).
